I have been having a cheesesteak fixation of late. My hubby and I adore onions and peppers with pretty much anything so maybe that is the reason. Today I was in the temperament for a simple supper recipe and put together this low carb cheesesteak skillet utilizing ground hamburger.
It resembles a deconstructed cheddar burger with peppers and onions. I ate it on a plate of mixed greens and hubby ate his with rice. It was delectable and required some investment to make.
I had it for lunch this way. For supper, I added it to a plate of mixed greens for a burger type serving of mixed greens. You could also eat it with rice like my hubby or on a bun, the two of which are not low carb yet may be a possibility for other relatives.
