Granola Cups with Yogurt and Berries #healthy #breakfast

Granola Cups with Yogurt and Berries #healthy #breakfast

Yogurt, berries, and granola are one of my preferred blends. I have it continually for breakfast or an evening nibble. It's the ideal blend of sweet, smooth, and crunchy that I simply love! A simple and rich breakfast treat ideal for early lunch or anytime!

It's practically similar to having breakfast for dessert. Who doesn't adore that?!? Be that as it may, these treats are in reality bravo and made with high protein yogurt, fiber-rich oats, no refined sugar, and heart sound berries. Best yet, they are overly easy to make, so it would appear that you put a great deal of exertion into your informal breakfast dish yet as a general rule you didn't invest a lot of energy in the kitchen. Early lunch win!

The granola cups have the ideal sweet and salty flavor and pleasant crunchy chomp in addition to is made with a huge amount of extraordinary superfoods, similar to nuts, chia seeds, oats, coconut oil and egg whites. The egg whites help tie the granola cups together while also including protein. These are also refined-sugar free and without gluten.
