A few people call it "frosé." Others call it "solidified wine." Summer is a period for unwinding and restoration.
This cold, organic product filled invention is my new most loved grown-up refreshment for late spring (or honestly, whenever). What's more, don't let anybody ever let you know there is a set in stone manner to mix solidified natural product with liquor. Pick any foods grown from the ground kind of wine and let the blender do something amazing.
Utilize any assortment of white or rosé wine. My most loved is a light and fresh pinot grigio, yet chardonnay or sauvignon blanc will also function admirably. For thicker slushies, lessen the wine to 1/2 cups.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cups frozen peaches
- 2 1/2 cups white or rosé wine (See Kelly’s Notes)
- Fresh peaches, for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the frozen peaches and wine to a blender. Blend until the mixture is puréed.
- Pour the slushies into glasses, garnish with fresh peaches and serve immediately.
