Grilled Carrots with Honey Brown Sugar Glaze #vegan #sidedish

Flame broiled Carrots completed with a Nectar Darker Sugar Coating are a fabulous side dish to any occasion or easygoing feast. These barbecued and coated carrots make certain to prevail upon your visitors (and your children as well!).

Contingent upon the size of your carrots you can set them up two different ways: cut them down the middle longwise, or barbecue them entirety. Thick carrots should be chopped down the center, longwise, before barbecuing, else you risk consuming the dainty finishes while the thicker bit cooks through.

More slender carrots don't should be cut down the center and can be flame broiled entirety. In the case of utilizing entire meager carrots or thick carrots cut down the middle, make a point to hurl them in olive oil before flame broiling.

While the carrots are flame broiling, set up your coating. We're keeping it excessively basic with a blend margarine, dark colored sugar, nectar, and a touch of salt. You can sub maple syrup in the event that you lean toward that better flavor to the nectar. Consider including any extra flavor components to this, similar to squeezed orange, or your preferred heating zest (cinnamon is incredible with this!).

Liquefy all coating fixings together in a little pan until the dark colored sugar has broken up and after that apply to the carrots.
